Like others said, the best is to watch movies and series in English. If you're not at ease, or have some weaknesses, the best is to begin with french subtitles, then english subtitles, and at the end (when you're almost a pro) to watch in english, without subtitles.
This is the funniest advise to become more fluent, and work on your accent. One one of the advise I can give is : when you have an oral expression to produce, just don't pay attention to others, because the goal of an oral expression is to improve our speaking skills.

I just realized that I forgot to tell you something. I saw exclamation marks in many texts and sometimes a few people wrote them as in French, like this : Hello ! but in English the topography is different it's "Hello!"
