Certainly, but I think that when I was an high schooler, I could perform a sport, or other things. But unfortunately, I didn't have the motivation to do what I want to do these days

I personnally started with english subtitles and progressively took them off. I started by watching Scott Pilgrim with no subtitles because I know it by heart so I was not lost for example ^^
